Friendly and easygoing staff. Check in and check out process was smooth and quick. Hotel is outdated, but clean and functional. Staff is kind and professional.

Hotel and furniture is quite old - probably from Yugoslavia time. But despite that fact, you don't "smell anything old" :) Furniture is basic, bed was comfortable, staff was nice. Location is about 2 km from the centre - easily achieved by tram. For unexpected night stays, it is totally fine. Breakfast was typical - basic stuff, but very tasty! Basically you get enough for the price you pay.

Unless you want a tiny, dirty, unclean room with wire-mattress in the ugliest neighbourhood - this one’s for you. Bonus - the walls are so thin that you can hear someone on the opposite side breathe, flush the toilet, talk to shower running.

It is a fair and reasonable price for this 3-star hotel. Great location, great breakfast, pleasant staff, cleanliness.

at least the clean the room on daily basis.. they don't want to change the sheet daily as well.

The bed was clean Everything else was pretty much broken in some way. Bathroom fixtures, circuit breakers exposed, carpet stained, broken things all spring the property. It seems like it is going out of business and they want to stay open .

The front office tried their best and didn’t question refunding us

The only thing that was agreeable was the front desk evening staff. They were very friendly.

I enjoyed the staff as they were very helpful and friendly. I thought the price of food and drinks in their restaurant was very reasonable. And the food was good.

The hotel was amazing and the Guy at the reception very funny. Only things I did not like are that there were hairs of beard all over the sink: It was not clean. Also, It was 30 mins away from the center, but that's okay because It was not very expensive. Overall good experience. I would try to keep the rooms cleaner

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, the hotel itself is in poor condition and needs serious renovation. The breakfast was very basic with little variety. The room was not very clean, especially the bathroom, and there was an odd smell—not terrible, but not pleasant either. Toilets throughout the hotel also need general cleaning and maintenance. For the money, I can't really say it's worth it. But if you just need a place to sleep for a few hours, it's okay. I wouldn’t stay longer than that.

The desk clerk on the second day was great. As was the parking for both days.

It was clean, friendly staff. The bathroom was clean, but it would have been better to use a glass panel instead of a curtain so that the cleanliness would be more noticeable, and it should also have a soap holder.

Quite a good hotel. Of course there are some shortcomings, the hotel hasn't been renovated for a long time, when you enter it you get into the atmosphere of the nineties. But in general everything else is on a good level, the rooms are clean and comfortable.
