We will go to at least 3 different places to learn all about coffee as a plant, beverage, addiction, and art... We'll follow its roots, discover its historical trails and find out how it came here. Roasting, brewing, blooming, extraction, V60, grinding, Turkish, cold brew, and other words will be our vocabulary for some 3h. But we don't want to get too technical. Behind all those terms are great stories, customs, and even legends - and an experience unique to Zagreb. I invite you to come and discover it with me.
